Sweet Apparition

Sweet apparition, thou hast the keys to all things. Your heart strikes me deeply to the everlasting core, for it is therein that my mind stands transfixed before the universe. Sweet apparition, you are charity, and you are light; for you are briefly the sound of the moon, and then you are the ray of our love immaculate! Sweet ghost, leave your love here with us forever, and also keep it with you in the dust of the eternal night, for you are the taste of everlasting honey, and your speech is greater than the kindness of the stars! The grass of the field shall grow around you, and it shall unite you evermore with the fabric of everything! And like the glass of heaven, you will shine pure, and the radiance of the trees shall be with you forever!
